Position Overview:
As a Stock Controller, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless back-of-house operations. Your organizational skills and proactive attitude will support the team in maintaining inventory accuracy and product availability, ultimately contributing to a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Ensure efficient and effective stock operations, guaranteeing product availability for customers.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms meticulously, managing product rotations, new arrivals, and changes to support the sales team.
- Handle product replenishment and stock activities, including regular stock counts, inventories, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Manage customer repair requests, handle complaints, and follow after-sales procedures accurately.
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in operational activities to enhance business efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
- Collaborate in creating and executing inventory processes.
Requirements (Experience & Skills):
- Experience in fashion retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred; luxury retail experience is a plus.
- Organized, trustworthy, and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and sensitivity to high-end products.
- Independent and highly motivated, capable of working autonomously.
- Eager to grow within the organization and adopt best practices for business improvement.
- Fluent in the national language; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Open to new technologies and innovative solutions.
