An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Stock Controller in our men's department at Tom Ford menswear concession in Harrod's.
As one of the world's leading luxury department stores, Harrod's has become a premier destination for top designers and luxury retail in the UK.
Our Stock Controllers play a vital role in our organization, ensuring that our brand values, aesthetics, and mission are consistently upheld through meticulous stock management.
Your efforts in managing inventory and stockroom operations will be crucial in helping the team meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
You will be a highly skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in stock control or inventory management within a luxury fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Track and report stock movements, including deliveries, returns, and transfers between stores.
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the sales floor to meet client demand.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to display stock in accordance with luxury brand standards.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of all incoming stock to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate the dispatch of stock to other stores or customers, ensuring accurate documentation and proper packaging.
- Adhere to and implement company procedures to minimize stock loss and maintain the security of inventory.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in stock control or inventory management
- Experience with inventory management systems and stock auditing procedures
- Strong knowledge of stock handling and quality control best practices
- Well-groomed and formal aesthetic
