Job Description

Job Title: PA to Senior Partner: 1:1 Role

Salary: £60-65k

Location: Holborn


Prestigious London law firm, with an international clientele, is seeking an experienced PA to support the managing partner with a variety of professional and personal duties. The essential requirements for this position are exceptional communication and client skills, flexibility and a positive and proactive attitude. They are not too concerned about the industry you’ve worked in but you must demonstrate prior experience as a PA to a senior stakeholder, director or partner.


Expected duties will include:

  • Diary management.
  • Organising and drafting correspondence.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Arranging personal appointments.
  • Coordinating household staff.
  • Organising the monthly board meeting
  • Assisting with business development, attending meetings.


There will also be an opportunity to work on marketing projects and event planning / organisation for the firm.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA looking for a true 1:1 role. Excellent long-term prospects as the firm are seeking someone who can develop into being a key member of the business.
