As a Corporate Compensation Manager Vice President, you will implement compensation strategies and initiatives that directly support the business. You will be responsible for the Corporate and Firmwide functions across the EMEA region, working with global counterparts on an advisory basis. You will be acting as the Compensation Manager for specific aligned countries, providing support and advice cross LOB. You will lead the global compensation strategy for the specific groups within Risk and Compliance, devise and implement compensation approaches to attract, reward and retain the talent necessary to meet the business’s goals in a rapidly changing environment. Job responsibilities:  •    Provide counsel to HR professionals and business managers about compensation decisions; interpret and apply policies, often in complex situations; •    Help to design and implement overall comp strategy for clients, and influencing/ articulating to senior management; •    Perform independent analysis of internal and external benchmarking data to support compensation needs. Investigate and communicate compensation best practices; •    Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the sub-groups client base; •    Reviewing market data and updating ranges for the Corporate and Firmwide Functions across EMEA; •    Ad Hoc Project work as it relates to compensation policies/procedures across the EMEA region; •    Oversight of annual CRD5 and other EMEA Regulations process for the corporate and firmwide functions •    Review and approval of offer packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance with corporate governance guidelinesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: •    Relative HR and/or compensation experience; •    Proven consulting skills; ability to meet business goals through HR / Compensation strategies and to address issues/ devise solutions with creativity and innovation; •    Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues; •    Experience in and understanding of incentive plans/ plan design; •    Well-developed analytical and strong planning and project management skills; •    Advanced MS Excel skills required;•    Ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Exceptional systems skills; Business Objects and Web intelligence / Desktop Intelligence skills preferred.  J.P.
