Position Title: MEPS Technical Project Coordinator

Reports To: Program Management, Manager

Function: Meritor Electric Powertrain Systems

Location: Cwmbran

Accelera is part of the global Cummins group which encompasses all the eMobility business activities. It is a dynamic, fast moving business environment delivering new products to meet a rapidly evolving market demand.


Position Overview:

This role provides support for the project development of the 17Xe ePowertrain for heavy duty vehicles. The project scope includes the development of novel high power dense motor and 6 phase inverter, to be integrated onsite into a Accelera axle design with a 3 speed transmission system. The role holder will principally support the transition of the project engineering activities to a new project implementation environment. This will involve working closely with engineering functions across the global Accelera organisation and manage the documentation and tracking of activities across to the new system. The role will also locally offer project coordination across of range of activities taking part both on the Cwmbran site as well as other UK sites.
