JSS Search are partnering with a Midlands-based Housing and Development Company to recruit a Head of Transformation who will play a crucial role in their next phase of growth and innovation.

You will lead a dedicated team, overseeing the development and implementation of strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing data-driven decisions, forward-thinking services, sustainable futures, and social justice.

As the Head of Transformation, you will define and execute a transformational roadmap, identifying key dependencies to achieve our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include planning the transformation process, defining financial and non-financial visions, and supporting senior stakeholders.

You will lead a team of transformation programme and project experts, ensuring the robust development and delivery of initiatives across the portfolio.

Additionally, you will spearhead change management efforts to ensure the seamless adoption of new products, processes, and technologies throughout the organisation.

We are looking for someone with a degree-level qualification or significant experience leading complex, multi-stream transformation programmes from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in project management disciplines such as Prince2, APM, or PMI.

You must have a proven track record of successful transformational leadership in a fast-paced environment, exceptional strategic and leadership skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, along with evidence of ongoing professional development, is essential.
