  • Develop multi-channel campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned media across various platforms, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Offer insights to enhance existing channels and explore novel avenues.
  • Conduct testing, gather insights, and refine strategies for maximum impact, ensuring precise messaging reaches targeted audiences efficiently.
  • Possess familiarity with key business metrics, aligning marketing endeavors with essential KPIs.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in achieving broader strategic objectives of the company.


Expectations & Requirements:


  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing within dynamic teams and esteemed companies or agencies.
  • Proven adeptness and enthusiasm across various channels, including SEO, social media, display advertising, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Proficiency and comprehension of the complete marketing funnel, along with relevant KPIs, multi-touch attribution, and associated financial metrics.
  • Utilization of data with confidence to comprehend user behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Discerning eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive, with a readiness and capability to dive into tasks hands-on.
  • Experience and comprehension of finance or the financial industry is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated passion for personal finance is highly valued.
