Social Commerce Growth Manager - Global Social Media Platform - London

Pivotal are proud to be working with a global social media brand who are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to join their e-commerce team based in London.

Reporting to the head of growth this role will help lead trends within social commerce and help shape the direction of an ecommerce platform predicted to generate £20billion in 2023.

They are looking for a passionate and talented person to help them grow an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for their users and brands.

The Role

  • Be responsible for the user growth of e-commerce in UK and EU and formulate and implement product growth strategies based on national characteristics.
  • Take e-commerce gross merchandise volume as the ultimate goal, be responsible for the key goals of the entire user life cycle including the number of new customers, repurchase rate, and customer unit price.
  • Combining the phased goals of UK local and cross-border business, work closely with cross functions to accumulate the country's innovative user growth capabilities, and ultimately achieve the business goals.
  • Manage the incentive and pricing and promotions strategy for the platform and
  • Define measurement approaches and metrics.

Qualifications

  • 6-12 years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media buying, performance ads strategy product growth, user experience etc.
  • Vast experience in e-commerce/social commerce, preferably in-house
  • Experience with user experience and product design
  • Experience with increasing customer average order value, pricing/promotions and customer segmentation
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to work with key metrics and data.
