We opened our first store in Fitzrovia, London in December 2023 and we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about menswear and retail to join our small yet dynamic team as a full-time retail salesperson.


Key responsibilities:


· General shop tasks including stock taking, labelling, steaming, folding, and wrapping

· Provide a high level of customer service to build and develop long-term customer relationships

· Process sales through the POS system and customer returns

· Visual merchandise the store in a stylish and contemporary way

· Liaise with alterations tailor for customer alterations

· Liaise with the warehouse to ensure appropriate stock levels in-store

· Ensure smooth communication between customers and tailors on potential trunk shows

· Actively participate in photoshoots and other content creation for our social media


Skills and experience:


· Have a keen eye and be obsessive over detail

· Have a cheerful, reliable and enthusiastic personality

· Have a deep understanding of our products as well as our style and fit

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Be a brand ambassador, representing Natalino with excellent personal presentation
