- Process and manage Plenish e-commerce orders efficiently, ensuring seamless online and in-store integration.

- Handle stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising to reflect the Mira Mikati brand.

- Assist with store events, VIP clients, and collaborations, bringing a creative and proactive approach to every project.- Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a high-end or luxury retail environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as shopify and stocky.

- Experience handling online orders.

- A keen eye for detail, especially in merchandising and store presentation.

- Passion for fashion, creativity, and a love for Mira Mikati’s bold and colourful designs.
