Due to continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for two HR Business Partners to join our Business Partnering Team. The role will partner with the business to provide a customer-focused HR Service providing timely advice and solutions. You will be a first point of contact for your business area building strong relationships, supporting the Head of People and Engagement in Organization changes, Employee engagement and employee relations. Working with your internal stakeholders to embed HR Policies and ensure a consistent approach by providing technical guidance and support.

**About You

Our ideal candidate should ideally have a degree qualification in a relevant field, Level 5 or above CIPD Qualification (or working towards).

You should have significant HR experience gained through progressive HR Roles, and ideally have worked within a manufacturing environment previously and it is essential that you have experience of working within a unionized environment.

Proven experience working through Employee Relations processes such as disciplinary, grievance and absence management.

You should be able to demonstrate influencing skills, preferably developed within HR / People-focused environment and be able to plan and organize your time to complete complex tasks.
