Quality Administrator with Spanish and Portuguese

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a Quality Administrator with Spanish and Portuguese language skills for an international compliance company.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with experience in administration, compliance, or contract reviewing with Professional Spanish and Portuguese languages, looking to use their language skills in a fun work environment.

Written fluency is required for this role English, Spanish and Portuguese


Quality Administrator with Spanish and Portuguese Duties:


  • Troubleshooting issues using manufacturer documentation and previous submissions.
  • Reviewing documentation and verifying notations.
  • Obtaining and reviewing engineering documentation through relevant systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction.
  • Use file tracking system and other systems to process QA issue reports.
  • Generate draft certifications using templates.
  • Finalise certifications by making necessary changes, uploading final reports for archival, and approving reports in the database.


Profile:

  • Professional Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese both written and Spoken
  • Experience in Business Administration or Legal duties 1- 2 years
  • An interest quality control or compliance sector advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Positive team player with ability to work towards deadlines
  • Proactive, Quick learner with Excellent Attention to detail
