The role is that of Aftersales Adviser to join a busy team of 3 who are key to the business.

After Sales Adviser Job Description Inspecting and testing of warranty claims Providing feedback on warranty claims to retailers and end customers by email and phone Negotiation to agree resolutions to issues outside of standard warranty claims Organisation of repairs and re-soles in line with policy Accurately record and report returns on the internal database Process returns via the ERP system Analysis of and reporting of warranty claims to the Management team and suppliers After Sales Adviser Person Spec Must enjoy extensive daily customer contact Must have experience in retail / customer service and knowledge of the sports / outdoor activity sector Proven track record of providing excellent customer service with a stable employment history Confident in the use of M S Office including Excel Passion for outdoor activities / sport Able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with complaints / difficult customers Must be physically fit
