Do you experience of travel reservation systems used by travel companies and tour operators?

Would you like he opportunity to play a key role in the development, implementation and ongoing support of a market leading reservation and distribution platform as it enters in next phase a growth?

You will get to use your impeccable relational skills to create win/win environments for all parties that you work with. Using your wide ranging skills and experience to help customers achieve their desired goals.

The role will give you the opportunity to be involved with the companies work on client projects covering the specification of customisation, interfaces and new modules of a complex travel systems used by the some of the world's leading tour operators and travel companies. You'll be hands on with customers, working with internal design, development and QA teams playing a key role is influencing the direction of the product and ensuring that from initial gap analysis through production delivery, implementation and go-live that projects are delivered to agreed specifications and timescales.

You'll need to have

  • Extensive experience within a software development organisation or Travel company.
  • Experience with travel reservations, OTA's and / or tour operating systems.
  • Strong customer facing skills both remote and onsite.
  • Project Management skills, tracking and managing the delivery of projects, leading project reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implementation experience, including the management of technical issues with development and QA teams.
  • Production support management, ensuring SLA's are managed across releases both scheduled and within the customer roadmap.

The role offers the following

  • Flexible working either hybrid or remote depending to location and the candidates experience.
  • Salary up between £60-80k

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
