The Role


The Principal Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the 360 recruitment process - research, resourcing, talent pooling, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and negotiation and closing offers. The role will involve identifying and securing top talent, winning and managing new client relationships, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and providing expert guidance to clients and candidates.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication
  • Knowledge of the Digital Healthcare, Medi-Tech or Engineering Technology industries
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
