Our client who is a charity is looking for a System coordinator to join their team. You will be supporting over 200 users across the business acting as their system support/IT help desk. The salary on offer is between £30,000 to £35,000 per annum and requires a hybrid set up. One day per week on site.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys and has experience doing the following:

  • To log, categorise and manage system related support calls raised by business users
  • Provide 1st line support for issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams
  • User management, Software configurations, report set up
  • To work with stakeholders, business users and external system development team to document and clarify requirements.

What experience do we need from you to do this?

  • Experience acting as a system support or system admin
  • Experience setting up a IT support system for users across the business
  • Extensive Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work with all kinds of stakeholders across the business.
  • comfortable adapting to new technologies.
  • IT Support/Help desk experience would be very beneficial
  • 2 years commercial experience
