Job DescriptionThis role’s primary responsibility is to ensure that data privacy principles are implemented into all areas of Publicis’ business in the UK market. The position will coordinate across senior-level business, engineering, and system administration stakeholders to implement data privacy by design and default into existing and future proprietary systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementing and managing the Data Privacy Program for the Publicis Media agencies alongside the Global Data Privacy Program Lead, in close coordination with the country CFO.
- Collaborate closely with Publicis Groupe´s Global Data Privacy Office, as well as the Global Security Office to ensure alignment between Groupe´s global cyber security and privacy and data protection practices and programs.
- Serve as one of the data privacy subject matter experts with a focus on UK privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will posses,
5+ years’ experience within the adtech and digital media industry, with experience of collating and preparing Subject Access Request disclosures.
- . Ideally 3 years of these are data privacy related experience with a focus on data privacy and protection laws, regulations and best practices.
- One Trust experience essential
- IAPP certification(s) (e.g. CIPP,CIPP/E, CIPM) or willingness to become certified.
- Stays informed on the evolving data privacy landscape to (a) understand the potential impacts on media´s business offerings; and (b) to design and implement the necessary corrective actions in relation to the team’s/Publicis Media’s current operations, processes and tools to remain compliant.
