Job Title: Quarry and Asphalt Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quarry and Asphalt Maintenance Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to lead our maintenance team and drive continuous improvement in our quarry and asphalt operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our quarry and asphalt plant.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance scheme to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a heavy manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with crushing, screening, and other heavy plant equipment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
