What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, organised, and capable individual to join our small friendly team as Distribution Centre Team Leader working at our newly created Distribution Centre based in Enfield.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the team are trained to operate safely and achieve all KPI's and deliverables.
  • Leading the team to ensure smooth daily operation raising any concerns appropriately
  • Accurate record keeping and inventory management.
  • Completing checks and Audits to ensure the site is compliant at all times.

Shift pattern:

Week 1: Sunday – Thursday 2200 – 0600

Week 2: Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600

Alternating one week of days then one week of nights, rota issued 4 weeks in advance.

What do we need?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • NVQ level 2 or above supervision experience
  • Previous WMS and IMS experience
  • Counterbalance license & Aisle master/Flexi/Bendi B1 forklift license
  • Excellent people management and people development skills

Nights 20:00 – 06:00 Monday - Saturday 1.15x hourly rate

Sundays: 1.33x hourly rate
