THE ROLE OF CRM MANAGER:


  • Specify, communicate, and measure against key CRM KPIs to drive improvements across CRM performance (incl. email performance & retention strategies)
  • Create, enhance, and maintain automation using nurturing workflows
  • Work with the wider marketing team to define audience segmentation and the creation of newsletters & other email communications
  • Set up lead scoring across all brands, and create processes around lead handover
  • Act as the company's in-house expert on deliverability; monitoring deliverability scores, trouble-shooting any issues
  • Setup and run reports and dashboards when required by sales and management to provide relevant data
  • Ensure all processes you and all users execute are compliant both within internal practices and external laws & regulations


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE CRM MANAGER ROLE:


  • Minimum 3 year's experience in online CRM marketing
  • Proven experience of managing retention and CRM programmes and database management
  • Proven track record of working in a sales/driven commercial trading environment
  • An understanding of the current data protection and privacy legislation
