We are looking for someone who is super organised with a strong eye for detail to take responsibility for the order process management in our Bespoke Store on Pont Street. You will be based in the office in store supporting the sales team on the shop floor as they achieve the highest standards in customer service and delivery.


The Anya Hindmarch Village is an exciting and innovative retail concept on Pont Street in London. It has six neighbouring shops – Anya Life, The Anya Cafe, Collection, Labelled, The Village Hall which houses different concepts throughout the year and the unique and wonderful Bespoke Store.

In Anya’s words, Bespoke is about ‘having your name on something, rather than mine’. At the Bespoke store in the heart of the Village, customers can weave their stories into the unique precious pieces, by having drawings or messages in their own handwriting embossed by in-store craftsmen. From adding initials to a weekend bag to an embroidered monogram on a clutch, countless pieces can be personalised. This is rooted in an ongoing commitment to reconnect the craftsman and the customer, preserving memories to create heirlooms that will be passed through generations


Order Management:


  • Follow best practice process from point of order, tracking through the liaison with HO, to customer receipt
  • Monitor lead times at each relevant step and flag/resolve if a process step isn’t accurately actioned to avoid mistakes/customer delays
  • Escalating any orders that may need extra attention. Keep the Head of Bespoke and Customer Services team up to date with the schedule and flag if extra capacity is needed
  • Maintain an accurate overview of live customer orders at all times
  • Quality follow-up for all customer service matters
  • Weekly catch up with Head of Bespoke and Customer Service team to processes are running smoothly


Plates & Production:


  • Putting retail orders into production, managing and overseeing the process from start to finish ensuring the smooth running of scheduling and completion of all orders
  • Create graphic artwork for store orders each morning
  • Match incoming plates to orders and work with Head of Bespoke to assign orders to Embossers
  • Work closely with the production team to know when Made-to-Order Bespoke pieces are coming in for store/web.
  • QC incoming completed orders prior to gift wrapping and dispatch ensuring embossing matches templates
  • Order supplies and tools (foils, typeset, masking tape etc) for the embossers when needed


Stock:


  • Check Bespoke stock levels and create stock transfers on SAP
  • Source stock items for customer orders
  • Assist the team with weekly cycle counts and end of year stock counts
  • Responsible for accepting and transferring of stock
  • Oversee Embosser workload in conjunction with Head of Bespoke


Skills & Personal Qualities


  • A proficient user of Word, Outlook, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience working with SAP and PLM
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator with strong time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks and work under pressure
  • Calm with a positive, solution driven attitude and a sense of humour
