Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts across various advertising channels including Out-of-Home (OOH), TV, Radio, Print, and Digital. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their campaigns are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve strategic planning, campaign management, client communication, and team coordination to drive successful outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored advertising strategies to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, media planning, and digital specialists to develop comprehensive advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring all project requirements are understood and met.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in account management or client services within an advertising agency, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of Out-of-Home (OOH), TV, Radio, Print, and Digital advertising platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Highly organised with strong project management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and analytics to drive campaign optimisation and performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with advertising management tools/software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
