As a New Business Executive, you will help to deliver fantastic results for new Commercial clients and grow our business.

As a growing Connected Broker of Scale, this is an exciting time to join us. The role will suit someone looking to utilise their Commercial Insurance sales experience in a role which provides autonomy and allows you to grow. You will need to be ambitious, self sufficient and enjoy using your initiative.

As well as a good basic salary, you can earn commission with all new business written - which is uncapped

This role will be offered on a hybrid basis and can be based from either our Oxford or High Wycombe office.

Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

Working within the New Business team with the aim of maximising sales and growing our Commercial book
Creating and following up on new business leads
Delivering great customer service providing adequate insurance cover
Building and maintaining relationships with potential Commercial Clients
Visiting Clients and providing a high level of customer service
Hitting and exceeding targets
Ensuring that all work is FCA compliant

About you

As a New Business Executive, you’ll be a strong communicator, as well as having a natural sales flair. You will also have a Commercial Insurance background.

You’ll also be or have:

Great customer service and communication skills, and resilience
Excellent telephone manner that helps you direct conversations, negotiate and close deals
Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within insurance and sales
Worked in a similar role previously (telephone or face-2-face Commercial Insurance sales experience)
