You will be responsible for developing and implementing paid digital campaign strategies using proven vital channels, as well as investigating and proving the validity of new acquisition performance marketing channels such as programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing or display.

Day to day, the PPC Manager will be involved in:

  • Developing a robust paid digital strategy that optimises performance and budget spend
  • Working with the local marketing teams to define and deliver paid channel strategies that deliver their growth plans and objectives.
  • Develop and implement PPC strategies.
  • Implementing digital performance and commercial KPIs for your team.
  • Taking ownership of tracking and reporting on campaigns.
  • Analysing performance and provide recommendations.
  • The social advertising strategy (Meta, TikTok)
  • Briefing and managing media buying agencies.
  • Recommending and implementing A/B tests
  • Working closely with our platform partners to ensure our accounts and campaigns are following best practice.

Ideally, the PPC Manager will have:

  • Experience in a growth marketing/acquisition role at management level
  • A solid track record of results that have delivered business growth
  • Hands-on experience in delivering PPC campaigns
  • Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data analysis skills (GA4, Excel, ideally some Big Query/SQL/R or Python knowledge)
  • Solid digital experience
  • Outstanding relationship management skills to confidently work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
