About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Paid Media and SEO, working closely with our Content and Digital Leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing Ads to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to improve ad performance and refine strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on PPC campaigns and website analytics to ensure ad spend remains within budget while maximizing reach and conversions.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, conducting thorough keyword research and optimizing on-page and off-page elements.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to monitor site performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-aligned content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and PPC, and present performance reports to the marketing team and management.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), along with experience using analytics tools like Search Console.
  • Skilled in creating compelling copy that aligns with the corporate tone of voice and style guide.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make informed, actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (e.g., CRM), and WordPress.
