THE OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join one of our teams, either in Paris or London. Please note that remote or hybrid work requests will not be accepted. 

Designing a wide range of content – from virtual assets to print-ready artwork – quickly, accurately and to tight deadlines but always with flair will be at the heart of your day-to-day activities. 

But this is also an opportunity to guide a small team of designers and shape SRO’s creative direction.

The position also offers an exceptional opportunity to work within the sports/automotive industry.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Liaise with different department managers to build comprehensive creative briefs.
  • Provide conceptual and visual direction on branding, advertising and digital for several championships promoted by the company.
  • Guide, mentor and manage a small team of designers by providing them with clear responsibilities and goals, while also maximising their creative potential.

  • As a team player, you’ll also design content just like any other member of your team, from the basic stationary documents to full event promotional campaigns.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of working experience in a relevant professional environment.
  • Advanced to expert level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Previous people management experience is preferred.

 

KEY SKILLS

  • An eye for detail and desire for perfection are both essential.
  • Awareness of the latest design trends.
  • Highly creative, pushing the boundaries of industry design.
  • Working under pressure and to tight deadlines daily.
  • A team player, flexible and keen to get involved in different tasks, even the not-so-creative ones.
  • Perfect organisational and communication skills.
  • Continually improve and demonstrate best practices to team members.
  • Open to feedback on the work produced.
  • An interest in motorsports/sports industry creative trends.
