**Your Role**: As a Junior Graphic Designer you will work closely with their seasoned design professionals to bring their brand's visual concepts to life. Your creativity will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and impactful designs for a range of projects, from digital campaigns to print materials. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and learn from the best in the business, contributing to projects that make a real impact to a global audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to creative projects.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and bring new ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects.
- A BSC or MSC in a design related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for staying updated on design trends and an eagerness to learn and grow.
