Personal Specification

  • You will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, Wandsworth Borough Council and members of the management committee.
  • To contribute towards the day to day running of a busy Estate Office
  • To provide high quality, reliable administrative support in the office
  • Some previous experience in local government or social housing preferred but coaching will be provided to the successful candidate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Customer service skills both face to face and over the phone
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Organisational skills
