What you'll be doing:

The Customer Support Specialist role, based out of our Cricklewood location is responsible for delivering a best in a class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle. This exciting opportunity will see you in front of customers daily ensuring they are set up for success and ready to operate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to our customers on how to become more profitable and to maintain a higher driver rating
  • Provide coaching and feedback to our customers to ensure that their behaviours stay aligned to their contracts and responsibilities on the road
  • Create long-lasting relationships that go beyond the levels of service they would expect. These include semi regular catch ups with each of your customers
  • Perform customer onboarding tasks, including inspections of the vehicles
  • Provide information around servicing and upgrading

What will make you a great fit:

  • Excellent customer facing skills (2 years minimum)
  • High attention to detail
  • Being a scale up business no two days are the same. You may be asked to perform duties outside of this job description. So, a team player is a must
  • A passion for working in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • The ability to explain important information clearly, to a diverse range of customers
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub
  • Ability to work weekends as per roster
