Job Description

Are you ready to take the helm as a Paid Performance Manager, steering client accounts towards digital marketing success? If you’re an analytical powerhouse with a passion for client services and a knack for team leadership, we have the perfect role for you. Join our rapidly growing digital performance marketing agency and become an integral part of our journey. As a Paid Performance Manager, you’ll be entrusted with the management of client accounts, driving campaigns across PPC & Paid Social channels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional results while fostering strong client relationships and guiding our team members towards their full potential.


Skills and Experience:


  • Analytical Mastery: Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimisation techniques, as well as clarity in reporting and presentation.
  • Client Services Expertise: Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of businesses and individuals, delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, coupled with a personable and enthusiastic demeanour.
  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to instil authority within a small team, leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Motivational Skills: Capacity to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving shared goals and driving performance excellence.
  • Self-Reliance: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently when necessary.
  • Account and People Management: Experience in managing client accounts and guiding team members towards achieving their full potential.
  • Critical Thinking: Capacity to analyse complex problems and propose innovative solutions to senior management.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing: Enthusiasm for the digital marketing landscape, coupled with a willingness to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
  • Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple client projects and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.



Required Experience:


  • Experience in running multiple accounts and delivering results across PPC & Paid Social.
  • Previous people management experience
  • Agency experience is a bonus
