Contract Personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work in our busy Thetford office on a permanent basis. The ideal fit for our Thetford office is someone who is proactively coming up with different approaches to fill out client’s bookings whilst giving them outstanding service that keeps them engaged with our business, after all, recruitment is all about building relationshipsHours of Work; 09:00am-17:30pm, Monday to Friday, we offer an on-call service to our clients so you will be on call on a rotational basis with colleagues, this will be after full training and with full support from our Operations Manager.Salary is depending on experience along with a generous bonus structure after completion of training. 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 24 days after 6 months and by 1 day a year up to 29 days. What our consultants do on a day to day basis
Identify suitable candidates for our clients needs, you will be doing this through various channels including job boards, social media, our front office CRM system as well as attending job fairs and getting recommendations from our current temps.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements, being a people person is so important in this role, the better we get to know our candidates the easier it is to get our clients requirements filled
Finding our candidates suitable assignments, this will come from specking your candidates out to our current and prospect clients, calling clients and introducing our services and candidates is a big part of the day to day duties here at CPL.
Working as part of a team to ensure we are maximising on our candidates as well as ensuring our clients requirements are filled promptly on the day they are received,
Making introduction calls to our current and prospect clients whilst giving them an insight into what we offer as a recruitment partner, booking meetings with our clients and daily check ins with them to ensure a personal approach is always given
Using our bespoke CRM system daily in order to maximise on our current candidate and client pool as well as all other duties it takes to be a successful recruiter
