Job Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Total Employment. As a key member of our Industrial & Driving Temps desk, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business in this high-demand sector.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality staffing solutions. With a strong background in recruitment, sales, or customer service, you will be able to leverage your skills to attract business from client companies and drive growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and placing suitable candidates into assignments
  • Advertising vacancies on chosen job boards
  • Client and candidate relationship building
  • Maintaining and actively growing the existing candidate pipeline
  • Meeting with clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and qualify the requirements of roles
  • Using sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to speak another language would be advantageous
  • Must be confident over the phone and self-motivated with a real desire and hunger to be successful
  • Full UK driving licence
