As the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) you will be the driving force behind our investment strategy and portfolio management and will lead a team of analysts and economists in the delivery and governance of our investment solutions. You will be responsible for the communication and marketing of our investment solutions to internal and external audiences, helping to build the firm's brand and working with client facing teams in the acquisition and servicing of clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

Investment strategy and management:

  • Take the lead in designing and delivering strategic investment solutions appropriate for our target markets.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, economic trends, and global developments to apply tactical asset allocation decisions.
  • Oversee the management of our investment portfolios, making crucial decisions on asset allocation, diversification, and risk management.

Quality & Risk Management:

  • Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard our clients' assets and maintain our reputation.
  • Uphold a strong commitment to compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards, ensuring our investment practices remain above board.

Team leadership:

  • Champion a team of dedicated investment professionals, offering mentorship and guidance to amplify their skills and expertise, and develop their careers.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-achieving team culture that nurtures innovation and fosters creative problem-solving. Clients and marketing:
