Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support care managers, nursing staff, and other care professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the care facilities, residents, and their families.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from residents or their families.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve care services and expand programs.
  • Identify and address gaps in services and work to enhance care delivery.

Required Experience

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong experience in Elderly Care.
  • Extensive experience in Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care.
  • Experience in Multi-sites
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Experience in managing 5 or more care homes
  • In-depth understanding of CQC Standards and regulations.
