As Senior QS you will be a part of a very successful commercial team which has been growing from strength to strength over the past few years It really is a very exciting time to join the business with so many new projects in the pipeline for 2024 and beyond


Our client is looking for their successful candidate to be able to demonstrate their experience working on refurbishment projects in a commercial building setting.

The role is set up as a hybrid position with site and office visits required and 2 days working from home. Sites are across the Bradford area, with the Office based in Sheffield.


As Senior Quantity Surveyor your day to day will include:

Your day to day will include:

  • Tender, evaluate, recommend and appoint consultants, subcontractors and to place orders for materials and plant within the delegated authorities
  • To identify/ evaluate, communicate, negotiate and agree the project managers variations to contracts with customers and suppliers within the delegated authorities and requirements of the contract.
  • Implement polices for price, costs and gross margins.
  • To measure and value and agree work/ progress to support the invoicing of customers and payment to suppliers within the delegate authorities.
  • Positively manage the cash flows of the projects.



Package for the role is a salary of up to £60k PLUS a company car or car allowance.
