A fantastic Six Month contract role and you will be the glue that connects the commercial buying team to the marketing department. As their first point of contact, you see product strategy and new ranges come to life first. You’ll plan how and when we bring new ideas and growth areas to market, owning the calendar and aligning it with the wider Marketing roadmap. Working hand-in-hand with channel leads, you’ll brief, develop and deliver imagery, copy and content to inspire and convert customers, ensuring consistency across on and offline channels. Building relationships with suppliers, you’ll grow and develop our exciting, licenced product partnerships.

This is a broad role where you’ll be involved in campaigns, product launches, partnerships, asset production and ideation. You’ll partner with 3rd parties, commercial and marketing channel owners to identify new opportunities and maximise growth opportunities to achieve shared goals and KPIs.


You’ll have an innate ability to project manage, identify, and solve project orientated problems, adapt and flex where needed to ensure successful campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with all areas of the business from our in-house Studio to commercial team so the ability to build strong internal relationships is important. A mix of planning and creativity, teamwork and decision making will ensure your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning alongside buying team - fully integrate into Marketing calendar.
  • The aims and objectives of Marketing & Commercial stakeholders - build plans that deliver business growth, informed by internal and external insight.
  • Product launches and category innovation to market through a clear, customer focussed strategy that delivers KPIs.
  • Cross-disciplinary integration to oversee channel activity - providing a consistent customer experience between on and offline platforms.
  • Product partnerships - own the Marketing relationship to execute our exclusive range
  • Of imagery and copy through agencies, designers, and copywriters (in-house and external). You will manage the process end to end, from brief to approval.
  • And co-ordinate supporting ‘product’ collateral e.g., brand pages.
  • To day contact with agency partners – set objectives and KPIs, brief and oversee work, providing feedback, negotiating costs, project planning.
  • Brand, campaign and tone of voice guidelines are executed across all collateral.
  • Effectiveness of campaigns, test and learn - strive to improve.


Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

  • In-house retail experience essential
  • Management skills
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.
  • Collaborator who is highly structured and organised, has good project management skills to prioritise, organise and influence others to see a project through to completion on-time and in-budget.
  • Communication and people skills with experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • To adapt to change, a demanding workload and fast turnaround of projects.
  • Real team player who likes to get stuck in, enthusiastic and driven.
  • Positive can-do attitude, self-motivated, works on own initiative.
  • A passion for making a difference and a willingness to dream big.
