About the Role

**What you'll be doing**:
We are searching for a supportive team player influencer who shows a confident and proactive approach towards content marketing.

Your key relationships will lie with the Marketing Manager and the Bookings team, so ideally you will hold strong team relationship skills.

You will work autonomously with the wider Fundraising and Experiences teams to ensure that active communication and marketing programs are supported.

You will be hot on social media, not afraid to get involved with the events and have an exceptional grasp of all trends.

As our Content Coordinator, you will be a key part of the marketing and bookings teams and will contribute to and develop promotional material to promote auctions and experiences to our various audiences. This a varied role, which includes elements of:

- Marketing Support
- Social Media Management
- Graphic Design
- Copywriting
- Digital Communications and Reporting

**More about the role**:

- Supporting the Superstars marketing strategy
- Help create and deliver content that builds lasting connections with our clients
- Plan and monitor company presence on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Launch online adverts through LinkedIn to increase company and brand awareness
- Provide creative ideas for experience sales toolkits
- Measure performance of social campaigns
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep competitor analysis up-to-date
- Research market trends, competitors and audiences, and monitor best practices in the social space to drive engagements and conversions

**Who you are**:

- Creative
- Attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, with the ability to communicate across multiple departments internally
- Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online by using Adobe software
- Analytical skills to evaluate social campaigns
- A flexible approach to work

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
