A fantastic opportunity for a Six Month contract role, where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the commercial buying team and the marketing department. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will witness firsthand the development of product strategy and new ranges. Your responsibilities will involve strategizing the launch of innovative ideas and growth initiatives, managing the calendar, and aligning it with the broader Marketing roadmap. Collaborating closely with channel leads, you will be responsible for briefing, creating, and delivering visuals, copy, and content to engage and convert customers across different channels. Moreover, you will nurture relationships with suppliers and foster the growth of our captivating licensed product partnerships.

This dynamic position entails involvement in various activities such as campaigns, product introductions, partnerships, content creation, and brainstorming. You will collaborate with external partners, as well as commercial and marketing specialists, to spot new opportunities and capitalize on growth prospects to achieve mutual objectives and KPIs.

Your role demands strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to ensure flawless campaign execution. Building solid internal relationships across departments, from our in-house Studio to the commercial team, is vital for success. By combining strategic planning with creativity, teamwork, and decision-making skills, you will drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the buying team to synchronize with the Marketing calendar effectively.
  • Developing plans aligned with the goals of Marketing & Commercial stakeholders, informed by internal and external insights.
  • Introducing products and driving category innovation with a customer-centric approach to achieve KPIs.
  • Overseeing cross-disciplinary activities to ensure a seamless customer journey across online and offline platforms.
  • Managing Marketing relationships to execute our exclusive product range partnerships.
  • Supervising the creation of visuals and copy through various resources and leading the process from inception to approval.
  • Coordinating supporting 'product' collateral such as brand pages.
  • Maintaining regular communication with agency partners to establish objectives, provide feedback, and manage project planning effectively.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand, campaign, and tone of voice guidelines across all materials.
  • Evaluating campaign effectiveness, conducting tests, and implementing learnings to drive continuous improvement.

Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
