The role is based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The successful candidate will have the ability to take ownership and responsibility for their work, and have a systematic and logical approach to problem solving. You should have a good grasp of the broader organisational objectives and be able to plan and forecast project effects in relation to these objectives.

The role will see you working with internal and external stakeholders as well as 3rd party suppliers. We are looking to analyse current processes and look at new ways of working – focusing on the AS IS and TO BE. Working with multiple teams but having ownership for gathering and documenting the requirements for the changes, analyse, build and test.

We are looking for:

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
  • Team management
  • Evidence of requirement gathering, workshops, documentation to deadlines.
  • Agile working with experience of Jira and MS Projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Worked on Technology projects

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team and help deliver successful change projects.
