What Will You Be Doing?

  • Scouting, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent for their homes.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
  • Utilising creative sourcing methods to find the best candidates.
  • Lead engaging interviews and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Managing the Talent team.

What Do We Need From You?

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the care, hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Team management experience.
