Business Development Manager – IT / Technology – London / Surrey - £100,000+ base

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Business Development Manager to work with a Our client are seeking a Business Development Manager with an excellent understanding of the IT industry covering main concepts such as ERP, BI / Analytics, Software Development, Cloud, Telecoms and IT Infrastructure. You will be using your consultative abilities to work with key business stakeholders to understand the business pain-points and craft solutions using the company’s internal resources to design, present and deliver technology solutions that address these business needs.

The role:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Lead a talented team of business development, project management, and technical specialists to sell and deliver cutting-edge IT projects across Europe, collaborating closely with the clients, project partners, and internal teams.
  • Strategic Leadership: Take charge of managing complex deals, nurturing key relationships, and developing innovative IT solutions to address challenges faced by target enterprise clients.
  • Business Development Excellence: Shape business strategies, manage sales operations, and cultivate client relationships to drive new client generation and sales growth. Project
  • Management Mastery: Oversee project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of projects to meet corporate standards and client objectives.
  • Skills & Attributes: Showcase your ability to build and manage relationships, lead diverse teams, propose effective solutions, negotiate deals, and drive decision-making with a proactive and strategic mindset.


The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Business Development Manager will have;

  • 5+ years of consulting experience in the IT industry
  • Excellent track record of success in business development
  • Broad technology industry knowledge and experience including Software, Applications, ERP, CRM, Cloud, Data / Analytics, Infrastructure, E-commerce, and Telecommunications
  • A strong background in project management
  • You will thrive in this fast-paced and rewarding role.
