The successful candidate will oversee the installation of fire stopping to service penetrations and ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and client expectations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of fire stopping techniques and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate fire stoppage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee the installation of fire stopping to service penetrations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and support installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and safety records.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

  • IPAF Certification (International Powered Access Federation).
  • Fire Stopping NVQ Level 2 qualification.
  • Proven experience in fire stopping installation and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness travel to various project sites.
