Location: Southampton, UK

Duration: Ongoing contract

Required:

  • Identify and repair access problems to LAN, WLAN, Mac and Windows applications on the desktop or laptop.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware problems associated with Customer’s desktops, laptops, and printers. · Correct software configuration problems on Desktop’s and Laptop’s.
  • Provide Customer’s estimates of out-of-warranty repairs prior to ordering parts, allowing Customer to decide if the repair makes economic sense.
  • Resolve common Windows printing issues.
  • Load and/or reload bad and missing printer drivers.
  • Provide resolution on tickets assigned in the ticket queue as input by the Service Provider Service Desk.
  • Communicates ETA to Customer, performs the work, updates, and closes the ServiceNow Incident tickets.
