We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Part-Time Telesales professional with an excellent telephone manner (no cold calling). Prior sales experience not required, as full training will be provided.

You will be the first point of contact for customer, handling incoming calls and processing online sales orders. In this fast-paced role, no two days are the same. Our ultimate goal is to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding of their needs and looking for solutions to keep them happy.

Caterfood SW is an independently run business who can trace its history to the 1970’s located within the South West England, Devon. We pride ourselves on being a company which truly puts customer service at the top of our agenda.

Salary: 11.75 per hour

Location: Paignton, Devon

Hours: 5pm – 11pm three evenings a week

Work Pattern:

Three days a week, either:

- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

OR

- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Role Essentials

  • Handling Incoming Calls
  • Processing online sales orders
  • Identifying opportunities to sell in promotional lines
  • Responding promptly to customer queries
  • General office duties
  • Building Customer relations
  • All training will be provided

Who we’re looking for

  • Enthusiastic, dedicated and able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
  • Initiative and a positive can-do attitude.
  • An ability to work well within a team environment and to remain organised under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales environment would be beneficial but not essential.
  • You will strive to take a professional approach to all you do
  • Immediate start would be preferred
