As a Telesales Executive you’ll look after a wide range of customer accounts, from local schools to care homes. You’ll be taking customer orders over the phone and showing off your ‘foodie’ nature by being an expert in our food You’ll also remind customers of products they might have forgotten, and take every opportunity to upsell wherever you can.
 
Above all, you’ll focus on driving sales while also delivering brilliant customer service.It’s fast paced, so you’ll need to work quickly and efficiently - but it’s also very rewarding
