Your Role:

  • Offer expert guidance on all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.
  • Drive engagement and interaction on HSE practices across the company.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in HSE standards.
  • Create, review, and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Conduct regular audit inspections and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Suggest and implement necessary changes to working practices.
  • Manage company training records and arrange training sessions.
  • Oversee customer safety passport training portals.
  • Conduct comprehensive company inductions for new hires.
  • Monitor waste transfer management to meet customer needs.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace.

About You:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential).
  • Proven experience in a health and safety role.
  • Excellent communication skills (telephone, face-to-face, email).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a proactive approach.
