B2B Email Marketing Manager

Chain Of Events, the organising company of Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE Summit (Gen AI) is seeking a talented and driven experienced B2B email marketing manager to join our marketing team and play a crucial role in driving growth.


As Email Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing and executing email marketing campaigns to generate sponsorship leads and drive ticket sales for our events. You will have a strong working knowledge of HubSpot email marketing and landing pages, with a proven track record in A/B testing to optimise campaign performance. This full-time role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for results-driven marketing.


Responsibilities: 

  • Plan the event email campaigns for Paris Blockchain Week and RAISE summit.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the email marketing campaigns to drive sponsorship leads and event ticket sales.
  • Create effective automated email flows that increase conversion for sponsorship leads.
  • Utilise HubSpot to create, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective email content, subject lines, and landing page designs.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Segment email lists based on target audience criteria to deliver personalised and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with the sales and event teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and event schedules.
  • Create compelling and engaging email content that resonates with B2B audiences and drives action.
  • Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication with prospects and clients.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on email marketing performance and KPIs
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our email marketing strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in event marketing or sponsorship sales.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot email marketing and landing pages.
  • Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
