The Opportunity

We are not looking for an ordinary IT Support Analyst, you will be a great IT individual, who knows your LAN, WAN & VPN, with loads of experience troubleshooting Software & Hardware issues.

This role will offer you a variety of responsibilities including being responsible for offering 2nd line support for all IT System issues within the group and Central Office. Manage a large estate of devices using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune/AD/ConnectWise.

Providing systems admin for a variety of systems including Opera PMS, POS systems Zonal/Micros, PXP payment gateway, various door lock systems, and Microsoft 365 platforms including Office.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with Hospitality IT systems (PMS, POS, interface systems) - Desirable
  • Demonstrable experience working in an IT support role within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience of working across Windows environments (Windows 10/11/Server).
  • Hands-on Software & Hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders within a hybrid business of head office management and hotel environment.
  • Experience supporting Azure Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and other basic network services.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud and Intune – Desirable
  • Experience with Powershell/automation scripting – Desirable
  • Experience of working with management of Microsoft 365 Suite, Sharepoint/OneDrive, Teams.
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, firewall/switches, VPN technologies.
