System Implementation and SupportYou will be responsible for implementing and supporting business systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and providing training and support to end-users.
Incident Management and Problem ResolutionYou will be responsible for resolving IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve conducting post-incident problem analysis and developing solutions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Process Improvement and AutomationYou will be responsible for identifying opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve system performance. This will involve working with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and automating repetitive tasks.
Requirements- Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in business/IT application analysis, preferably in the Supply Chain/Manufacturing industry.
SkillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in automation solution design, IT budget management, and vendor management.
Desirable KnowledgeExperience with NicePrint Label system, Plityx system, SAP, and Intella X system.
