The Role

As a Functional Test Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out the test planning and execution for a number of projects. You will work closely with your test manager to design and execute functional tests. You will work collaboratively with project/product teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the solution delivery process and that quality standards are met. You will be expected to develop and implement testing strategies and provide guidance and support to project teams, whilst being hands on.

  • Proven QA / testing experience working on large and complex IT projects at Test Lead level and working to aggressive & tight time deadlines.

  • of testing tools and SDLC methodologies, to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • to manage multiple testing projects across different countries and regions and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
